ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  1. Authors must create an account with Oxford Abstracts before submitting their abstracts through this submission portal.

  2. All abstracts must be submitted via the Oxford Abstract Submission Portal by 30 September 2026. Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.

  3. Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

  4. The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

  5. Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

  6. Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until 30 September 2026.

  7. The mode of presentation will be determined by the Scientific Committee during the abstract review process. Authors will be notified of the outcome by email.

  8. A maximum of fifteen (15) authors per abstract is accepted; any authors listed beyond this limit will be removed.

  9. Previously presented work must be declared at the time of submission.

  1. The presenting author is responsible for submitting the abstract.

  2. All presenting authors must register for ASVAC 2027 and complete payment by 31 December 2026.

  3. Presenting authors who fail to register by this deadline will be withdrawn from the conference programme.

  4. Abstract submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notifications of the review outcome will be sent to the presenting authors.

  5. Awards and prizes will be presented on the final day of the conference. Award recipients must be present to accept their prize.

  6. Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted work presented at the conference.
