Submission of an online registration constitutes an official registration and confirms your intention to attend the Conference. Full payment must be received before admission to the Conference can be granted.Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. Cheques, purchase orders, and cash are not accepted.If you experience any issues with your credit card payment, please contact the appointed Professional Conference Organiser, Conectere Events Pte Ltd, at enquiry@conectere.com.sg. If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend the Conference, you may cancel your registration by submitting a written request to enquiry@conectere.com.sg.The attendee cancellation policy is as follows:A processing fee of S$150 plus GST will apply to all cancellations. Written notice of cancellation must be received at enquiry@conectere.com.sg by 11:59 pm SGT on Thursday, 11 February 2027.No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 11:59 pm SGT on Thursday, 11 February 2027. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to attend the Conference due to illness, alterations to or rescheduling of the Conference by ASVAC 2027, or events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including travel disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, epidemics, declared or undeclared public health emergencies, or acts of terrorism.For eligible cancellation requests submitted within the cancellation period, Conectere Events Pte Ltd will contact you to obtain your bank account details. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the conclusion of the Conference. The processing fee will be deducted from the refund, and any applicable bank charges will be borne by the attendee.Please note that cancelling your Conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel accommodation or travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
